This set includes a Prism starlette bralette top, and our ultra mini double ruffle lace up skirt.

This 10" long circle cut skirt has a lace-up at the waistband, and a tiered ruffle, for double the cuteness. It is SUPER SHORT and open at the front, so be sure to get some cute shorts to wear under it! (Or leggings, or a thong, or another skirt, whatever!)
The top, and the top tier ruffle are created from Prism spandex. The waistband is black velvet, and the bottom tier is StarNoir. The laceup tie is Flashbulb.
